- 1.5 oz. Singleton 12-year-old Single Malt Whisky
- 1 ounce raspberry puree
- 0.5 ounce honey
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- Club soda, as needed
- Orange twist, for garnish
- Raspberries, for garnish
How To Make It
Combine the Singleton, puree, honey and lime juice in a glass.
Stir well and add ice.
Top with club soda and garnish with the twist and raspberries.
