Brunch Punch

The perfect seasonal dessert cocktail drink, distilled and on the rocks. We complement the fruitiness of The Singleton with warm pie spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz The Singleton 12 YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  • 1 oz Orange Juice (Blood Orange for Winter)
  • 1 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • Sparkling Wine, to top

How To Make It

Build the drink directly into a champagne flute and garnish

Strain over a highball glass filled with ice and garnish.

When serving, pour 2 to 3 oz into a flute and top off with champagne.
