- 1 oz The Singleton 12 YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 1 oz Orange Juice (Blood Orange for Winter)
- 1 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice
- Sparkling Wine, to top
How To Make It
Build the drink directly into a champagne flute and garnish
Strain over a highball glass filled with ice and garnish.
When serving, pour 2 to 3 oz into a flute and top off with champagne.
