- 1.5 oz The Singleton 12 YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- .25 oz Amontillado Sherry
- 0.5 ounce honey
- .5 oz Ginger Syrup
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- 3 Mint Leaves
How To Make It
Add all ingredients into a shaker with little bit of crushed ice. Shake until is cold about 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a high ball glass. Add the pebble/crushed ice.
. Swizzle with a swizzle stick or use a spoon to mix the ice with the cocktail.
Add more pebble/crushed ice to create an ice cone, add the bitters on top and garnish with a mint sprig.
