Singleton Paloma
Chili-infused honey, grapefruit, and The Singleton come together for a sophisticated libation with a touch of heat.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Singleton 12-year-old Single Malt Whisky
- 1 ounce grapefruit juice
- 0.75 ounce chili honey (honey mixed with chili flakes)
- Club soda, as needed
- Grapefruit wedge, for garnish
How To Make It

Combine the Singleton, grapefruit juice, and honey in an ice-filled shaker

Shake well and strain into the ice-filled glass.

Top with club soda and garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
